Folk Mote Music - Wind Instruments

Australian Aboriginal Didgeridoos

The didgeridoo, or Yidaki as it is called in the Yolno language, is the oldest wind instrument in the world. Traditionally the didgeridoo is used to accompany singing and dancing and to alter the state of consciousness of both player and audience.

The didgeridoo is being re-discovered and used in contemporary settings by world-beat musicians, woodwind & brass players, music therapists, & practitioners of Shamanism. Experience adventures of consciousness in both its musical and meditative qualities.

No previous musical skill or special ability is required to play. It is simple to follow and easy to learn. Prices start at $50 and go up.
